How it works
Get a free quote
Provide us with the following information about your project via email hello@3deadline.com:
◾ Floor plan with furniture, ceiling plan, and elevations.
◾ Wall, floor, and ceiling information (materials, colors, textures, etc.)
◾ Furniture information (photos, dimensions, links to manufacturer websites)
◾ Inspirational images or references
◾ General information about the project (location, backstory, goal, and concept of the new design)
◾ Deadline expectations.

You will receive the quote and a timeline within 3 hours.

The cost of the project mainly depends on the amount of furniture. Because every 3D-model of furniture must be specially prepared to be used in animations and VR, the less furniture the project requires, the lower the cost.
Let's start
The project and payments will be broken down into 3-5 stages, depending on the number of chosen services. You will need to pay only for the first stage in order to get started! We accept payments via PayPal.
Selection of 3D models
To complete the project successfully in the shortest amount of time, we use the best high-poly 3D models of furniture available on the market. We select the most suitable and similar 3D models for each project. We send you a collage with images of all 3D-models that will be used in the project.
After approving the collage, we purchase all 3D models for you without you needing to pay for them. If an exact piece of furniture is needed and it can't be found anywhere, we can model it for you for an additional fee.
Renderings
We create a model of the house, furnish it, and add lighting. After that we send you draft renderings and make adjustments after your review. Two sets of changes are included free of charge.
We render the final images in high resolution, do post-production, and send them to you.
Animation
We agree on camera movement, music tempo, and position of your logo. We import the whole project from 3DS Max to Unreal Engine 4, create materials there, and bake lighting. We install cameras in UE4, capture videos, do color corrections, add music and transitions.
We send you the video with the camera movement and then make adjustments according to your comments. After that we send you the final edition of the movie.
Matterport-like 360° VR walkthrough
If animation was ordered we can create a 360° walkthrough which will look like it was captured with a Matterport camera. We prepare 20-40 panoramas and connect them into a virtual tour using AI. After this, we'll be able to help you to place it on your website, Zillow or other platforms.
True Virtual Reality
We own the latest Oculus VR headsets in order to test all VR projects we create.
You get an executable file with a short manual on how to use it on your PC or in your digital showroom. Thanks to our in-house engineer, we will provide you free technical support for VR solutions.

We are a 3-person team (two 3D artists and one engineer) with over six years of experience. Our company is based in Eastern Europe. Last four years, we work with companies from the USA and Canada only.
